实验室介绍

王宇涛实验室致力于研究感染免疫和肿瘤免疫，主要聚焦于研究48个核受体家族成员在抗病毒感染与肿瘤治疗中的功能及转化潜力，系统解析其转录与非转录调控机制，探索在天然免疫活化、病毒复制与免疫逃逸、肿瘤免疫微环境建立与重塑中的关键作用。实验室综合运用CRISPR筛选、多组学、合成生物学、小分子化合物筛选等前沿策略，发掘可成药靶点，开发机制驱动的联合干预方案，以提升抗病毒与抗肿瘤治疗的总体疗效。

实验室PI简介

王宇涛研究员分别于兰州大学和北京大学取得学士和博士学位，在哈佛医学院进行博士后研究。2025年6月正式加入首都医学科学创新中心免疫研究所。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目及中央高校基本科研业务费项目。以第一/共同第一作者身份在Immunity（2篇）、MolecularCell、Hepatology、CellMetabolism等国际权威期刊发表5篇研究论文，成果受到广泛关注与引用。现任RheumatologyandAutoimmunity（风湿病与自身免疫）期刊青年编委。

主要研究方向

核受体（nuclearreceptors,NRs）是一类受配体调控的转录因子超家族，共包含48个成员，是连接代谢与免疫信号的重要调控枢纽。它们在个体发育、免疫细胞分化与稳态维持，以及感染、代谢性疾病和肿瘤等多种生理与病理过程中发挥关键作用。尽管部分核受体已被广泛研究，许多家族成员的生理和病理功能仍未被充分认识。由于具有明确的可成药结构并可被小分子选择性调控，约16%的FDA批准小分子药物以核受体为靶点。我们聚焦核受体家族在抗病毒感染与肿瘤治疗中的功能及转化潜力。

1)核受体对病毒感染诱导的天然免疫应答的调控作用，重点研究cGAS–STING、RIG-I–MAVS及炎症小体相关通路；

2)核受体调控病毒复制及免疫逃逸的分子机制；

3)核受体调控肿瘤放化疗抵抗、免疫抑制微环境形成及免疫治疗应答的机制。

任职要求

1.近三年已经或即将获得免疫学、肿瘤学、细胞分子生物学或其他生物医学领域博士学位，具有代谢调控或者抗病毒天然免疫信号转导研究背景者优先；

2.具有扎实的分子和细胞生物学背景，如细胞培养、基因编辑、流式分析等技术，在小鼠模型实验或者生物信息学（多组学分析）方面具有较强的专业技能优先；

3.以第一作者身份在领域内主流期刊上发表过或即将发表研究论文，能够独立开展研究工作，具备高度的科研热情和严谨的科研态度；

4.责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神，具备基本的英文沟通与学术写作能力。

AbouttheLab

Dr.YutaoWang'slaboratoryisdedicatedtoadvancingresearchininfectionimmunityandtumorimmunology.Thelabfocusesonelucidatingthefunctionsandtranslationalpotentialofall48membersofthenuclearreceptor(NR)familyinthecontextofantiviralinfectionandtumortherapy.Wesystematicallydissectbothtranscriptionalandnon-transcriptionalregulatorymechanisms,aimingtouncovertheircriticalrolesininnateimmuneactivation,viralreplicationandimmuneevasion,aswellastheestablishmentandremodelingofthetumorimmunemicroenvironment.Tothisend,thelabemployscutting-edgeapproachesincludingCRISPRscreening,multi-omics,syntheticbiology,andsmall-moleculecompoundscreening,withthegoalofidentifyingdruggabletargetsanddevelopingmechanism-drivencombinationstrategiestoenhancetheoverallefficacyofantiviralandantitumortherapies.

KeyResearchDirections

Nuclearreceptors(NRs)areasuperfamilyof48ligand-activatedtranscriptionfactorsthatserveascentralintegratorsofmetabolicandimmunesignaling.Theyplaycriticalrolesindevelopment,immunecelldifferentiationandhomeostasis,andinmetabolicdiseasesandcancer.Despitetheirimportanceandstrongdruggability,thefunctionsofmanyNRfamilymembersremainpoorlyunderstood.Notably,approximately16%ofFDA-approvedsmall-moleculedrugstargetNRs.OurlaboratorystudiesthefunctionsandtherapeuticpotentialofNRsinantiviralimmunityandcancertherapy.
